Engagement options and pricing

Pricing for verification-first engagement

Fidcern starts with one workflow, one evidence question, and one bounded scope. Pricing is structured around Workflow Confidence Reviews, Verification Baselines, Single-Surface and Cross-Surface Diagnostics, and Ongoing Rollout — not forced full-platform commitment.

No commitment required. Start with one workflow. We reply within 24 hours.

Scope drives price, not artificial feature gating. Each engagement produces independent deliverable value.

How pricing works

Most teams do not need broad deployment on day one. They need a credible way to answer a smaller question first: is this workflow commercially trustworthy? Where does confidence break? What can we verify without disruption? Is broader rollout justified?

That is why pricing follows the shape of the workflow, not a generic seat model.

Workflow Confidence Review
Complimentary
1–2 sessions
A diagnostic conversation to identify where confidence breaks, what commercial decision is affected, what data already exists, and what the lowest-friction starting scope would be.
Book a workflow confidence review
Best for: one bounded evidence question
Verification Baseline
Typically £4,500–£6,000
Typically 2–3 weeks · Fixed-scope diagnostic
A scoped assessment of one campaign mechanic, one activation path, or one workflow segment using available data and a defined verification question. Produces a baseline findings summary, review recommendations, and a recommendation on whether a deeper engagement is justified.
Typical outputs Verification baseline summary · finding cards · review recommendations · next-step recommendation
Request a verification baseline
Best for: one promotional or loyalty-linked surface
Single-Surface Diagnostic
Typically £15,000–£18,000
Typically 4 weeks · Single-surface diagnostic
A diagnostic to assess whether activity on one data surface — one promotion, one loyalty mechanic, one sponsor activation — appears commercially reliable enough to support internal decisions, reward logic, or further control design.
Typical outputs Confidence-tiered finding cards · exception flags · control-gap assessment · next-step recommendation
Request single-surface pricing
Best for: one campaign with sponsor-facing reporting pressure
Cross-Surface Sponsor-Confidence Diagnostic
Typically £35,000–£50,000
Typically 8 weeks · Cross-surface diagnostic
A broader engagement to assess contribution, duplication, distortion, and evidence quality across multiple touchpoints within one bounded campaign or sponsor workflow. Produces a sponsor-facing evidence pack and a touchpoint contribution view.
Typical outputs Touchpoint contribution view · finding cards · duplication and distortion review · sponsor-facing evidence pack · rollout recommendation
Request cross-surface pricing
Best for: teams expanding from diagnostic into recurring review
Ongoing Rollout
From £5,000/month for one active workflow scope
Ongoing · Retained engagement
Once a workflow shows value, Fidcern expands into periodic review, broader rule coverage, additional workflows, and more embedded support. Scoped by workflow count, reporting cadence, and data complexity.

What affects pricing

Four factors typically determine scope and price: single-surface vs cross-surface complexity, data preparation effort, evidence-pack depth and production standard, and reporting cadence. These are discussed in the Workflow Confidence Review before any paid engagement begins.

Why there is no generic self-serve plan

A flat monthly table may look simpler, but it hides the real question: what exactly is being verified, under what data boundary, for what commercial decision?

Fidcern starts with scoped work because that is usually the fastest route to useful evidence and credible internal support. Every engagement produces deliverables you can use whether or not you continue.

What you receive

Depending on the stage, deliverables may include: verification baseline summary, confidence-tiered finding cards, exception flags with action recommendations, touchpoint contribution view, sponsor-facing evidence pack, control recommendations, and rollout recommendation.

The goal is not another dashboard. The goal is a stronger basis for what a team can responsibly report, defend, or bill against.

Start with the smallest scope that can answer a real commercial question.

You do not need to commit to a full transformation to begin. You need a bounded scope, the right evidence question, and pricing that reflects how the workflow actually works.
